Finding a home with potential was the first step with this gem.  By removing a few walls and replacing a decrepit fireplace with large sliding glass doors created an inviting open plan.  The space is almost magically larger than it appears from the exterior.  Adding a bathroom and walk-in closet transformed one of three bedrooms into a beautiful master suite.  This is proof that a house can become a dream home with a few adjustments.
