Older homes in Denver can be a challenge.  This was no exception.  With a small home every inch mattered.  With limited space updstairs and zoning codes that diddn't allow for expansion it was necessary to go down.  In converting the crawl space to a full basement we were able to create a beautiful master suite and extra living room.  Updating the kitchen and relocating the back door made for a more functional kitchen and provided the perfect place for an exterior dining patio.  Now this is a luxurious home that no longer feels too small.
